PAGi PA THE MADISON COUNTY RECORD THURSDAY. MARCH 12. 2009 17VI2W King i. Cherliee Joy Bryan Cherliee Joy Bryan, 71 of Huntsville died on March at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. She was born on Aug.

2, 1937, in Santa Rosa, N.M., to Ralprj Wood and Goldie Wood. She was James William Vanderpool James William Vanderpool, 76, of Huntsville died on March 8, 2009, at the Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteyilie. He was bom on Aug. 22, 1932, at Hindsville the son of William Edward and Ethel May (Faulkner) Vanderpool. He was a welder and mechanic and a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the United States Army.

I a nomemaker and a Christian. She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Wood; and a granddaughter, Charlotte Brown. Survivors include her husband, Harold Bryan; two daughters and sons-in-law, Joy Mathias and husband James of Hinds ville and Jerine Brown and husband Gary of Pea Ridge; two sons and daughters-in-law, Justin Bryan and wife Lori of Huntsville and Jim Bryan and wife Laura of- Lowell; her mother, Goldie Wood of He was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife, Erma (Mathews) Vanderpool of the home; one son Vanderpool of Huntsville; four daughters and three sons-in-law, Theresa and Bobby Rogers and Tamey and Curtis Hutchins, all of Huntsville, Patty and Jimmy Grigg of Kingston and Debbie Stockburger of Fayetteville; two brothers, Paul Vanderpool of Huntsville and John Edward I Vanderpool of Upland, one sister, Iva Lee Huntsville; a sister, Viola Ferran of White Rock, N.M.; two brothers, Walter Wood of Virginia and Robert Wood of Springer, N.M.; 20 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held on March 5 at the Callison-Lough Funeral Home Chapel with Glenda Pickering and Rob Eberhardt officiating.

Burial was held in the Rogers Cemetery. The Meadowview Healthcare Rehabs 2009 Valentine's Day King and Queen were announced last month. The new King is Hurshel Johnson of Witter, and the Queen is Theda Keeney of Mayfield. County Calendar Huntsville HL Evans of Huntsville; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on March 12 at 2 p.m.

Madewell, 69, of Berryville died on March 7, 2009, in Fayetteville. He was bom on Sept. 17, 1939, in Kingston the son of Roy and Agnes (Gibbs) Madewell. He was a minister of the Full Gospel Faith. He was also an avid coon hunter, deer hunter and fisherman, He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Sharon Maxine Madewell; his second wife, Estelee Ford; three brothers, Alvin, Willie and Jimmy Madewell; and three sisters, Marjaine McMillan and two infant sisters.

Survivors include two sons, Vernon Madewell and wife Charlene and Steven Madewell all of Fayetteville; two brothers, Jess R. Madewell of Springdale and Kenny Madewell of Huntsville; one sister, Betty Emitt of Kingston; three grandchildren, Moriah Madewell, Anthony Rye and Josh Rye; a multitude of nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Funeral Services were held on March 1 1 at the Liberty Church with Ministers David Keith, Denver Cochran and Terry Bailey officiating. Interment was held in the Liberty Cemetery. American Legion Post 137 and the Ladies Auxiliary of Huntsville will hold their monthly meeting on Thursday, March 12.

The pot-luck will begin at 6 p.m. and the meeting will start at 7 p.m. The Huntsville School District will be having an appreciation lunch on March 13 at 12 p.m. at the HHS Cafeteria for all the heros that worked in the ice storm. m. at the fire department. Larry Kay Phillips Larry Kay Phillips, 69, of Fayetteville died on March 2, 2009, at his home. He was born on Jan. 3, 1940, in Huntsville, the son of Kenneth Lee and Shirley (Gilliam) Phillips.

He worked for 45 years in the title and abstract business in Northwest Arkansas. He served on the land Title Examiners Board where he was appointed by Gov. Bill Clinton. He was an active member of Central United Methodist Church, Community Meals and a member of Walking Through the Bible Sunday school class. He served in the Army National Guard.

Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Anita (Greer) Phillips; three children, John Phillips of Fayetteville, Sherri Kaye Watson and husband Jason of Fayetteville, and Steve Phillips and wife April of Little Rock; two brothers, Danny Phillips and wife Betty of Springdale, and Mike Phillips of Ogden, Utah; seven grandchildren, Brad Phillips and wife Angela, Kevin Phillips, Brent Phillips, Johnna Kaye Watson, Will Watson, Samantha Phillips and Jacob Phillips; four great-grandsons. A memorial services was held on March 6 at Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville with Minister J. Anthony Holifield officiating Arrangements are by Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville. Burial will be private. Ronnie Bell Ronnie Bell, 60, of Berryville died on Feb.

16, 2009, in Springfield, Mo. He was born on June 3, 1948, in Green Forest, the son of Finis and Bertha Mae (Fields) Bell. Ronnie was a Lead over the Supply department at Tyson's. He served in the United States Navy during Vietnam era aboard the USS Saratoga. He was preceded in death by parents, two brothers, one sister, and one infant sister.

Survivors include his wife Martha (Burk) Bell, of the Kingston area, to whom he married on March 14, 1976; one son Cody Dwaine Bell of the home; two daughters, Jennifer and husband Terry McCarty of Berryville, Ronda Mae Bell of the home; one brother, Gary Bell of Spring Hill, two sisters, Opal Bell of Berryville, and Cathy Tipton of Fort Smith; mother-in-law, Velma Laird of Berryville; five grandchildren, Shelby, Colton, Shally, Kaylee, and Hailey; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends. Funeral Services were held on Feb. 21 at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel in Berryville with Ministers Larry Montgomery and Darryl Harris officiating. Interment was held in Berryville Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service, Inc.

Mack J. Sisco The Richland Gallery will host the Huntsville and St. Paul School Art Show on March 17 through April 1 1 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturdays. The art show will be located in Huntsville on' Highway 23 South in the historic Garrett House.

Survivors include his parents, Bradley and Misty Hollowell of Lowell; one brother, Jericho Hunter Lee of the home; his paternal grandparents, Glenn and Jackie Hollowell of Benton ville and Danny and Kathy Harmon of Springdale; his maternal grandmother, Glorya Ann Dewlen of Rogers; Paternal great grandparents, Evelyn Seals and Florence Sizemore of Springdale; Ruth Harmon of Huntsville; and Jim and Bonnie Seals of Bentonville; and many aunts, uncles, cousins. Graveside services were held on March 5 at the Alabam Cemetery with Minister Gary Faulkner officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home at Huntsville. He was bom on Aug. 22, 1929, in Osage the son of Mack Afton and Pearl (Carter) Sisco. He was a truck driver and of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include his wife Lorene (Davidson) Sisco of Springdale; two sons Larry Sisco of West Fork and Terry Sisco of Springdale; three daughters Debbie Ford of Springdale, Doris Gibson of Goshen, Sharon K. Clutter of Oklahoma City, three sisters Jessie Thraw of Greenfield, Louise Stephenson of Huntsville and Joyce Fletcher of Lowell; 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Graveside services were held on March 6 at Friendship Cemetery in Springdale with Sister Freda Reading officiating. Pallbearers were Jamie Sisco, Bobby Sisco, Lee Ford, Buck Davidson, Craig Luper and Roy Garrett. Honorary pallbearers were Pete Bartlett and Danny Davidson.
